Very Frustrating with no live help on Business

Turbo tax is easy to use-usually. Not this year with not being able to file taxes until 2/12/2021 which I guess is not turbo tax problem but IRS problem. But whole thing was a giant mess this year.

TurboTax Business

Overall it is still a great product and very easy to use. Normally I don't provide feedback on improvements as I have nothing to add. But this year, given the number of small businesses like mine that were fortunate enough to get PPP Loans, there should have been a wizard to help us work out how to handle the loan in TurboTax.

A little harder this year

Always use turbo tax. Walks me through everything. Had an issue with the efile and had to uninstall and reinstall the program to get it to work. Took an extra hour between research and follow through with that.

Taxes Done Right

TurboTax was a little late on providing all the forms necessary to file but they eventually got them into the SW and I was able to file well ahead of the deadline.

This year I had a lot of problems using TurboTax. I am not sure what is going on with the product but I hope they spend some time and effort working out the bugs before next tax year.

I had problems getting started as it could not find the previous year's return. Had some other problems that updates the next day resolved. After that it ran smoothly and I had no problems.

LLC/Partnership navigation is difficult

Importing from prior year TurboTax for Business didn't pick up 1 of 2 partners. It took about 30 minutes to figure out how to add back the missing partner - you can't edit the K-1 worksheet directly - you have to go through the "step-by-step" instructions, and even then, it messed up the partner percentages
