TurboTax process is good - until it's not

Turbo tax needs a chat feature and an efficient/effective call-back system for callers who need help. There was a terrible glitch at the end of the Virginia business return. Took all day to find someone in the community who could help me.

Why doesn't this integrate with Quickbooks Online

It is a shame that this product does not work with Quickbooks online. In searching after I purchased to find out how to get the data I realized this has been a complaint for a couple of years now. Seems like it should have been fixed by now.
Also after every update, I had to find and enter my license key again. Just plain stupid.
When trying to file my taxes program was stuck in a loop because it wanted information in a form that was not required and did not show up in the forms list. It took a lot of sleuthing to find the issue and figure out how to delete the form to be able to actually file electronically.

MassageChoices uses Turbo Tax

Filing my business taxes with turbo Tax is relatively easy. But I have the advantage of having all my information already laid out in an concise manner by my website. So filling out the information is just a matter of copy and paste. With Turbo Tax I am done with my taxes in about 45 minutes.
I find I have better control of the information with the software than using a paid professional. My last accountant made several mistakes on the last return and I had to file a correction. I made with him. Then looking further back I found many other mistakes. So I stopped using him. Three years now using Turbo Tax and all my returns have been error free.

Some technical glitches with purchase

I had to change resolution in order to purchase initially and then again when I got to the state download purchase. Not sure why but the links would not open up pages under my standard resolution and had to change to the lowest resolution to do this - which made it difficult to see the whole screen.

I have been using TT for many years. My only negative comments concern NOT having the screen go to the next line after entering information. You have to scroll down to the next item.
