Easy to use. Clear explanations.

While there are less expensive business tax software programs, sometimes cheapest isn't the best. I have always been impressed with the customer service that Intuit backs up their products with, and that is why I continue to use their products, both on a personal and professional basis, for over 20 years.

Getting help is really really painful.

I never did get help. I spent hours trying. I gave up filed and best I could and now I am going to try to forget the whole thing.

not a lot of effort put into this product

compared with the individual tax products, the business product is not as well developed. many errors continue to be in the product and you have to manually overwrite a lot of their inputs. please improve this product!
