Total garbage software

I have used Turbotax for filing personal taxes for years and found it easy to use. This was my first experience with TurboTax Business and I was NOT impressed. Instructions were not well-written and the interface was very buggy. It took me a few days to complete the return and every time I tried to pick up where I left off it failed to load the saved return correctly. I would just get error messages that directed me to links that did not exist. Absolutely awful considering what I paid for this software. I think it would have been easier to file manually.

Questions are Never Answered directly

Needs lots of improvement for State Filings. It seems to take you in a loop to file with no way to fix problems
