Major issues

1. The software does not calculate properly with given data for all fields. I had to use a support person to guide me between a form view and detail view to figure out the things that had to be calculated automatically like "Depreciation"
2. I could not get a live representative for TurboTax Business. The phone number that was given by Help Center only took you to a representative with TurboTax Personal experience. And the phone number they provided for business took me to IRS customer service, not Turbotax.
I was extremely disappointed this year with the support.

When entering the start-up cost for a business, those data was transferred to the self-employment section(14a) of the schedule K. This issue needs to be fixed.

Turbo Tax is great.

Always easy to complete, however, there was one glitch where a film credit form was put into my return (not by me) and I could not file without completing it. Had to work an hour to determine how to delete it.

Turbotax does not handle short/long term G/L well.

The software works well for the basics, but for short & long term gains and losses it doesn't allow you to fill out the forms properly. No ability to check off boxes A or B for short term, or boxes D or E for long term gains and losses. Lost a lot of time preparing 1065 return!

VERY DISSAPOINTED THIS YEAR WITH TURBOTAX

TT User since 1995 and this year a KNOWN program bug ALMOST stopped me from filing electronically. The bug is in the form 1065 Designated Partnership Representative designation. I finally tricked TT into letting me file electronically after trying several workarounds noted in the user posts which were unsuccessful. I'm still upset as this has been a known bug.
