Adequate, but not Expert

It "circled" for an hour when it launched before I realized it was "hiding" a button I needed to click. What a waste of time. when I needed to make a small change, I had to "re-answer" most questions. Product needs more explanation or support files throughout. May need to go to a live CPA.

You made printing out my forms 10 times harder.
Printing, signing, scanning and returning the signature page (8453-PE) was a real problem!!! - Why did you (or the IRS) do something that difficult and stupid.
Everything else about TurboTax was the usual terrific. See you again next year, hope you can fix the above.

Turbo tax is very helpful

In general turbo tax is very good. Sometimes it is hard to know where to enter things in the forms view and Step by Step could take a long time to go thru.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

It is over priced and does not contain clear instructions. It does not allow me to download stock transactions which is the only reason that I bought the software. It was supposed to give me the opportunity to download and transmit the broker's statement, but that never happened. I will not use this product again.

The only reason that I come back to Turbo Tax every year is because all the former year's data is transferred - if you can find the file. The help is useless.
