TurboTax is very disappointing

I have spent hours attempting to efile Fed Form 1065 after the IRS opened up efiling and always get the message of error 2. The help messages have been useless and end up with "you can always print the return and file by mail." A key reason I have used TurboTax is for the e-filing to reduces problems that invariably occur when returns are key punched into the system by IRS personnel. You need to improve your help resources to eliminate these senseless errors and waste user time with the non-working solution approaches.

Overall great experience however the screen that allows you to print K-1s for beneficiaries does not print the Qualified Business Income Pass-through Entity Reporting Statement A--QBI which reports the beneficiary's share of Section 199A Dividends. This seems like an oversight.

Turbo Tax Business is good but need to improve

Overall good product but not excellent. The worst think is final check while transmitting a return which always found some minor issues. Why don't Turbo Tax validate everything first before giving the option to transmit? 2020 Turbo Tax has another issue which is some of the buttons are not clickable and need to change screen resolution to 100%. State return download for corporation (C) and S-Corp is confusing and it should be based on federal return.
