Upload Quickbooks Online to TurboTax Download

We like the product over all. Our only complaint is that we do our accounting with Quickbooks Online but TurboTax does not offer downloading online data into a downloaded TurboTax product. We switched to Quickbooks online for accounting convenience not knowing it would hinder out Tax prep convenience.

Missing important features

I use both the Premium product for personal use and the Business product to produce a 1041 and Schedule K1 for a Trust. My problem is with the Business product. The Business product does not allow the import of financial data from a financial institution. It should. The premium product is less expensive and had the feature.
The primary problem is with 1099-B information. If there are a lot of transactions, it is too tedious and time consuming to enter all the detail. Therefore the solution is to enter short term and long term summary information and attach a 1099-B broker statement to the tax submission.
The problem is that you can't do this and also efile. The product only allows one pdf attachment, which must be the 8453-FE signature page. Thus one is forced to file via paper. A tremendous inconvenience.
Ideally you should incorporate both features (the download feature as well as the ability to attach more than one pfd file). But if the product had either one, it might be acceptable. But with neither, it is unsatisfactory. I will be force to look for other products next year.

Got it done again

Despite last year's computer fritz and of course the one USB drive I seek is MIA, I was able to get my 1-person consulting business taxes done while waiting for a client to respond. I'm done with the taxes, at least! The guidance and printable tips are great preparation and please don't neglect to print a copy. It was a big help.

Glitch in TT Business S Corp State of Georgia

All was well, EXCEPT when I attempted (as I have done for years) to have TT Business generate an S Corp return for Georgia. The software tried to force me to include a form for a Film Tax Credit (inapplicable to the S Corp) and would not let me e-file without fixing an "error" that should never have been there to begin with. Having to mail the return instead.
