Easy to use

I appreciated how easy the programs are to use and understand. I use to pay a tax preparer but after two years of mistakes that caused penalties I decided to take control of my own taxes, and TurboTax has assisted me in doing that.

Form 1041 not finalized but no warning

The Form 1041 was not ready (forms finalized) the Grantor Statements for beneficiaries printed 2019 on the forms rather than 2020. However the program DID NOT WARN that the forms were not finalized.

steamline the format

It is cumbersome to not be able to advance with using the page down button or to use the arrow down button any where on the window.
