Federal was awesome but state gave me troubles.

Good except VA state 502A problem and state data

Overall good once again however there was a couple of problems at the VA state level: 1) software required Form 502A which was not applicable... we had to delete the form and continue to get past this problem. 2) a number of state tax only fields did not carry over: state ID #, date of beginning operations

Had to call customer service because the authorization page wouldn't load. Also, not sure how to make sure I can access prior years. What if I get a new computer? Wish this was backed up to the cloud somehow.

Had to wait for the state forms to be ready. And then, the software gave conflicting information on the due date of the form - March 15 vs. April 15.
