entering 1099 information is cumbersone

Entering information from 1099s isn't what I would like. I should be able to enter each 1099 into the system without trying to figure out what line it should go on. Why can't the software be designed so allow 1099 data entry onto a form that is identical to the 1099 format? Also the Turbo tax keeps asking me about my rental business. I have no rentals but Turbo Tax thinks I do. How do I fix that?

Aggravating!

GA Form 600S was not available until 3/5, 10 days before filing deadline! That's not acceptable. What's worse, when the form finally became available, I had to manually enter the info on the form - no step-by-step available.
Transferring the info from QuickBooks was so AGGRAVATING!!! Numbers did not transfer correctly and had to manually do all kinds of adjustments to come out with the correct balance sheet numbers.
The software also included Form IT-FC (film credit????) which does not apply at all to my line of business.

his product is great. My only concern is that it is confusing as to which product you need.
Also for small businesses I believe that the 50 dollar charge for state should include two state forms not just one.

Accurate, Straightforward Tax Help

I've used TurboTax for both our business and personal taxes for several years and trust them to accurately calculate our tax returns. I feel they ask every question possible to get the maximum number of deductions allowed by law.
