Turbo Tax program for NY State is terrible

TT always finalizes New York State final forms at the last minute, just prior to the filing deadline. TOO SLOW. This holds up filing individual returns. Happens every year.

Great interactive program - for 2020 did all the work except for the state CT399 form which though included in the program updates was not used - had to attach manually processed form.

Software step by step can sometimes be confusing for the self preparer. I found myself googling information that is not clear before entering information. I am still perplexed and hope that I submitted the correct information.
