Trust returns garble the Grantor and Fiduciary

There is a long-standing defect in the Trust return software. One of the early Step by Step steps swaps the Grantor and Fiduciary information. If you correct the information in the forms and then go back to the early Step by Step, the Grantor and Fiduciary information will again be swapped. The workaround is after the Error Check, go into Forms, correct the Grantor and Fiduciary information manually, and then continue with the Step by Step and print the returns. DO NOT GO BACK TO THE EARLY STEP BY STEP. Oh, and the next year when you transfer the return information, including the correct Grantor and Fiduciary information, from the correct previous year's return, the Grantor and Fiduciary will again be switched on the new return. I have experienced this for 4 years in a row.

Takes all the pain out of filing taxes

WE have been using this product for 4 years now, it has taking most of the pain of filing taxes and handling forms like K1s, 1099s and W2s. I can't imaging running a business without using this software.

Confusing with respect to online account filing

i used my online account path to prepare 1099's and these did not transfer to my turbotax tax return file so i had to reinput the 1099 information. why is this not seemless / integrated? why is there not a better set of instructions? why did i pay so much for such a poorly designed feature?
