Satisfied customer for many years

The step-by-step interview option under both TurboTax Premier and Turbotax Business has dependably guided me through accurate preparation of my personal annual return and multiple LLC returns each year for many years. I also appreciate the option to easily switch to viewing forms, and to click on frequent "help" links that offer additional information on the various line items in the returns.

The app for business i found way too complicated.

This program is very detailed but absolutely hard to get helped. No examples on topics. For instance i was trying to deduct my vehicle and on certain from as a deduction it showed ALT which set an error and won't let me e-file. So i went to the other form and was trying to change depreciation method - it either set error on that page or created ALT on th eform 1. So i decided to put this page away, which is nonsense. Besides, no possible way to connect to specialist or smtg. So much money for very complicated way to file and anyway i ended up filing by mail.

Why is it so difficult

1) I don't understand why it doesn't import from desktop QuickBooks after all these years 2) I don't understand why on March 3 they still don't have a way to handle the EIDL grants.

This software is not near as easy as the personal tax return version online. This is definitely not worth the price. Save your money and do it by hand.
