Not near as helpful as it could and should be.

Uses undefined acronyms that only a tax person or accountant would know. Asks questions that would require significant tax education (CPA) to really know the answer to. It often does not guide or explain how to answer. To put it another way: Turbo Tax for Business is pretty good at assisting someone that knows tax law to fill out required forms.

Form 2553 issue

If you filed Form 2553 to elect to be an S-corp already and tell TurboTax that, it will still insist you fill out another form 2553. You have to upload the original form for it to let you e-file.

Needs to catch up with personal TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax Business for several years for a family trust, as well as the standard TurboTax for personal returns. The desktop Business version really needs to incorporate handling of 1099-OID and 1099-INT forms at the same level as the personal versions. The ability to import 1099 forms from financial institutions as done in the personal editions would also be appreciated.

Would be nice if Business linked with Personal

Having a small partnership LLC, I have to use TurboTax Business. Then, for my personal taxes, I use TurboTax Home and Business. There is not export/import feature that links the two products. This means I have to manually transfer data. It would sure be nicer if this was automated. That's kinda the point of using TurboTax - to automate data entry and calculations.

Incredibly difficult for Mac users

I had to jump through a lot of hoops to be able to use this software, which I had always used on my windows computer... and still was unable to import my quickbooks data and had to enter everything by hand. Got hung up on a hiccup of a $2 variance for hours. Please do all of us Mac users a favor and make this available for use on our computers... PRETTY PLEASE!!!
