Useful, but. . .

TurboTax is reliable year after year. I used the software for my sole proprietorship for years, and now I use it also for my S Corp taxes. I have confidence that Turbotax will do my taxes right. But. . .
Turbo tax business cannot import data from Quickbooks Online. How much do I have to pay Intuit each year to get that simple convenience?
Also, I am not sure what happened to my state corporate return. I thought there would be a careful dialogue leading me through how to save, print and file my state return, but we kind of skipped that part. Good thing I know I need to do this, or that could be a costly oversight. I hope I can go back and find the docs I need, because it wasn't included in my pdf file.

Intuit fails in integrating QuickBooks

The TurboTax Business software is great. The problem is the inability to import from QuickBooks Online unless you upgrade the subscription. I switched to QuickBooks because TT Business won't import from Quicken, so I was thoroughly frustrated that I couldn't import from QuickBooks Online.

Turbo Tax Excellent but Some Glitches

Tough to file without Turbotax, but some noted glitches, specifically with the State Returns haven't unrequired forms included for multistate revenue source. To fix this you simply delete the erroneous form, but not evident at all why the program thinks you need to complete it when your sole revenue source is in your home state

I Like it, but...

I was an enrolled agent and prepared tax returns for many years using the professional tax software Lacerte. Now that I am retired, I decided to use Turbotax to prepare the family trust tax return the past 2 years since Turbotax is part of the Intuit family, same as Lacerte. I found the software easy to use and liked the option to switch directly to the forms vs step-by-step direction. I found it very aggrevating when the ads for getting help from a tax professional popped up or upgrading my software option. Overall, I would still recommend Turbotax.

Business forms for NC State

I bought Turbotax - Business to process 2020 filing for my business. I also bought NC State to process state returns within TurboTax. After collecting all information and e-Filing for federal, it completely missed instructing me on how to file for the state. Now I have to fiddle around NC forms and look for instructions to file. I remember TurboTax assisting in what/where to file my state returns last year. I am furious.

Turbo Tax for Business Is Good!

Turbo Tax for Business is easy to use, however, there are some areas need to be improved such as the issue of form 502A keep popping up as an error during the State review.
