TurboTax makes a simple return simpler

This was my first experience with TT Business, and it greatly reduced the time it would have taken me to do it by hand, or even using another software program that I have experience with (Lacerte).

Using the TurboTax programs has always been easy, efficient and most dependable for accuracy. Navigating the websites, however, is next to impossible. It's a nightmare to get help, contact anyone, or log on to the correct website as there are so many.

Good application, but long for Forms availability

The application worked well. Help for some items was limited (I'm a first time business tax filer, so needed some extra help.
It was March 1 before the Georgia Forms were available.

Can not file state return electronically

The program figured my state taxes but would not file electronically. I downloaded the state
program but did not know I could not file without mailing. You were not specific with the download. I have filed a complaint with the Utah State Tax Commission.

1065 Conversion to 1120S filing

The product is great but would be nice if the Quickbooks interface could handle a 1065 LLC that has selected for tax purposes to be treated as an S Corporation 1120 filing without all the re-keying.

THIS CD NEEDS TO BE COMBATIBLE WITH THE MAC PC LKE.ALL OF YOUR OTHER SOFTWARE. THE FEDERAL WAS FINE BUT STATE REVIEW NEEDS MORE INTERGRATION

Not so good.

Tried to find out why I could not E-file my NC corporation state tax return. Could not get anyone at Turbo to answer. Have always E-filed in the past. Don't believe I will be using Turbo next year. A lot of money with no help, of which I paid for.
