I live in California and recently purchased the PURE Fan to add to my system of other Blueair purifiers as a result of the most recent wildfires and heat wave. I'm SO happy I did. The fan's design is so sleek. It fits in well with my modern living room. And even when the fan is on high, it's much quieter than any other fans I've ever owned. I love that this fan both blows cool air and purifies air together. A win win. Definitely recommend.

Fires in California got worse and we are lucky to have this now.
The fan is perfect for having on while working out or even cooking to reduce smells. The design is so cute and matched perfectly with modern furniture.

Beautiful fan!

I bought this fan a couple of years ago when the wildfire smoke and particulates where terrible all over Oregon. I am happy with it and haven't used my huge dust blowing fan since.

Modern beauty and function!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blueair has made a solid name for itself in the air purification realm, so when I saw this Blue Pure Fan - an absolutely gorgeous addition to their stable of products - I was ecstatic to try it. And after using it I am certainly glad I did. From look to function, this is an A+!
Aesthetically, the fan is beautiful. Sleek and modern, it certainly makes a statement, which has made for quite a conversation piece. The color is bright, consistent and flawless, and the strap, which looks like leather, is comfortable in the hand and very sturdy. The legs look like wood, but are rubber, which are nonslip and stable. I really can’t speak highly enough about how fantastic this fan looks.
But looks aren’t the only thing that matter. Fortunately the fan also functions expertly. To turn the fan on you simply tough the rounded button on top, and a second and third time to up the power. A fourth touch turns it off. This method has worked without fail and is very responsive.
The fan is relatively light (I’ve included a photo with a soda can for scale), and while turned on, the sound is what I expected. It’s a smooth, even sound, like a soft purr, and enjoy the steady humming.
As an air purifier, this is harder to quantify, but I’ve seen that both the fabric pre filter and particle filter have done an outstanding job of catching particulates; Particulates that would’ve been recirculated by a regular fan. A side note about style, the fan comes with both a black and a blue pre filter to better match your decor or whimsy. I haven’t yet had to switch the main filter, but the fans off/on light will turn yellow to alert you it’s almost time, and red when it’s now.
Obviously I really love this fan by Blueair, and certainly recommend!

Like a Functional Art Piece!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never before have I loved the look of a fan until I tried Blueair PURE Fan. It looks terrifc in my contemporary-styled family room. Not only do I love the look of the fan, but Blueair has give it some great features. My favorite is that I can leave the fan plugged into a wifi controlled outlet plug so that the fan will start right back up at the level I left it running. The removable filters with filter covers are easy to change. Just pop the latches on the back, take off the back cover, flip the latches that hold the filter in place, and push the filter out from the backside. Then the back cover easily pops right back into place. The fan comes with a black and a blue filter cover, and although having colors is nice I don't see how the color matters since the back of the fan is pointed away from view. The covers can be washed, and the filter should be changed every 6 months. The fan has a reminder indicator in case changing of the filter is forgotten. Three speeds to the fan give the option from low to high speed, and the fan is not very loud, but it does produce a cooling breeze that I felt across the room. This fan is sturdy, well-made, and will preven dust and build-up from blowing at you thanks to the filters. I would love to have several in my home and highly recommend.

Innovative Look, Pretty Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this fan! It has a unique look and easy to move around the house as needed. I like the leather strap handle and the crisp design. It is super quiet as well. One thing is the button to control the speed has a dim light on it, so for those using this at night in a bedroom it may annoy/disrupt a completely dark room.
