Difficult base release

The car seat often doesn't release from the base when I am trying to remove it from the car. I have actually needed to remove my baby from the seat and carry him into the house, then return for the seat. It's quite frustrating and time consuming not to mention dangerous if the baby ever needs to be removed in a hurry.

Not Safe

I am so disapointed in this seat. My grandbaby fell off of a resturant highchair while in this seat! It does not have a latch or notch like other carseats that are safer. I am so upset as I purchased this along with two bases and a stroller for my grandchild. I used Graco with my children and I am livid over the design of this product! Graco has to know that this baby seat would be used when the child must be put in grocery carts and restaurant highchairs! I sincerely hope that Graco reaches out to me to resolve this issue. I will be shopping or a new SAFE seat that is suitable for mutiple situations. New parents please dont purchase this one!

Noisy canopy

I’m torn on whether to recommend this product or not. It’s the lightest weight car seat that Graco makes at the best price….but the canopy…IT’S SO LOUD. Good luck trying to keep the baby sleeping. I’m annoyed with it right out of the box and considering returning but the thing that is stopping me is that the other car seats are about 2lbs heavier. I’m not sure what I will do.

This car seat is terrible

I really regret purchasing this car seat. The padding is minimal and doesn’t provide adequate support for my newborn’s head. I don’t feel comfortable driving with him in it unless someone is in the back seat to keep his head positioned safely. Unfortunately, this car seat has been very disappointing and does not feel secure for a newborn.

Not fancy but compatible with click connect system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The SnugRide® 35 Lite Infant Car Seat was easy to install and I love that it's compatible with my click connect strollers! The seat goes in and out of the base effortlessly and it is on the lighter side which makes it easier to carry. The biggest downfall is that the canopy was very hard and loud to adjust. Also, the extra padding that is in the seat is very firm and my child's head fell forward a lot. It wouldn't be good for a newborn. I ended up taking the extra padding out because it seemed to upset my baby. I received this infant car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
