The rear wheel axle bent after 2 months of usage

I purchased this stroller end of Nov 2020 and started using it only in March 2021. Last night I noticed the left wheel was wobbly . Poor quality product. I would like to get a replacement rear wheel axle and wheels.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using the stroller for 7 months, the control handle creaks, the front wheels seize, when the child sleeps completely in a horizontal position, the child's head is lower.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not as expected

I really wanted to love this stroller but when I try to fold the stroller it would get caught on the side lock and just get ruined from the front. Also the bassinet needs to be removed which take up more space when storing it. The click feature is awesome but when overall wouldn’t recommend.

Reason :
- does not stand itself
- when folded, it is too long in the length as it won't fit straight in Honda-CRV so I have to place it horizontally which is taking a lot of space.

Not an easy fold

I bought this travel system for my 3 month old and loved that it was a good dupe for the Nuna strollers since it has a bassinet feature. At first I thought it was user error, but this stroller isn't an easy one hand fold. Every time my husband or I would try to close the stroller, the side lock would never catch and the front bar of the stroller would get really scratched up with each attempt. After a couple of uses the wheels had dents in them as well. The car seat is great, I just don't think we'll keep using the stroller as it's not that easy to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can only rate it four stars right now because I have not actually used the stroller or car seat yet.
So far, I am happy with the price of the travel system, especially considering how much we paid for just the Elite version of the car seat. The assembly of the stroller was also pretty easy. I like the fact there there is the option to use the stroller with our without the toddler seat, and you are able to make it forward facing or rear facing. It seems like a stroller that we will be able to use for a while since it will grow with our baby boy.
There seems to be a lot of space in the stroller for other items you may need to carry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this Travel System through Stellar Product Testing Panel, and so far we absolutely love it! It is very stylish with a beautiful heathered grey fabric and black frame. Very sturdy and holds up well to every day use. It is super convenient to be able to just pop the infant car seat into the stroller, and also includes the car seat base for your vehicle! My infant loved the bassinet mode. It is very easy to switch from bassinet mode to the regular seat. This is a great product for the price!
