Bassinet broke during assembly

Despite following the directions provided, the bassinet was extremely difficult to assemble. During assembly, one of the pieces broke rendering the bassinet unusable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Assembly Instructions

We just purchased this and the Instructions/setup information is terrible.Don't throw away the box because you will need it for pictures to be able to assemble. Would of bought another brand just because of setup instructions.

Travel dome playyard

Too many loose pieces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a nice playpen but it’s difficult to set up. Doesn’t always snap together greatly. Can’t have both bassinet and changing table installed. I have it in my living room so it’s convenient because I don’t have to move it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great but don't wash the mattress pad!

We received this PNP for our daughter in January 2022sed the bassinet a handful of times. I just washed the mattress pad per the directions for the first time in preparation for baby #2 (coming any day), and it is totally ruined. It's disappointing that Graco will not replace this because it is more than a year old when this is a defect in the design because EVERYONE is complaining about this.

A must have for all parents!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Graco pack 'n play Travel Dome playyard is an absolute must-have for all parents and caregivers!! My baby is now just over a year old so we no longer use the portable bassinet portion of the set BUT she adores it as a bed for her babies so it still gets daily use! She has a blast lifting the hood up over her babies so they can go "night night". <3 It is so sweet to see her practicing to be a big sister since we plan to use it for baby number 2! Since it is so well made it will be put to good use for years to come! We also still use the playyard portion of the pack 'n play when we need to keep our little one contained for her own safety while I'm cleaning and she will even ask to go in her "fort" to read and have a little quiet time before naps and bedtime. My favorite feature of this pack 'n play set is it's versatility!! It can truly be used for years and because the bassinet portion is portable, it can be used for two children at once making it a great addition to a multi-child household!! Thank you to stellar reviews for providing this pack n play as a part of a parent testing panel! I will be purchasing one for a close friend for her new baby!! <3
