Don't follow are instructions on bassinet pad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Same as others, I'm learning that the care instructions for the bassinet pad are not correct. We washed ours and it no longer fits. It looks like we can't even buy a replacement! Otherwise, this play yard has been wonderful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fantastic Pack n Play!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pack n play! We travel to my parents cabin a lot and it’s nice having something that has a lot of options attached to it. We also use it at our house as a second changing table! We have been using this with our 1 year old and she seems to really like it! We have not been able to use this with a newborn yet, but I am excited to use this when my twins arrive!! I love how long this pack n play is because we are able to put our 1 year old in this one vs the regular size graco pack n play that we have! I think my favorite feature is the XL! We will be able to use this one much longer than a traditional size pack n play and you can’t beat that!! I received this play yard from the stellar product testing panel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor matress

Mattress collapsed after 6 months. Don’t recommend because obvious reasons.

Difficult to assemble

I have to say I have been EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the several Gracie products I have received including this item. For the average lay person, single mom or working mother the assembly was not an easy feat AT ALL! Directions are vague and not clear at times, I needed to watch videos to assist which didn’t always work. As a company who makes products for babies it is imperative that you all find ways to make your products more sensible to assemble. It’s honestly so disappointing that I am recommending my fellow new moms and soon to be moms to stay away from Grace products at all costs. If you are reading this BEWARE!!

No comfort

Its as is my granddaughter is sleeping on cardboard or something. The mattress is paper thin and provides no comfort. Very dissapointed!

Unable to assemble bassinet or changing table

I was so excited to purchase this so that I could keep our first grandchild. So disappointed because all I can assemble is the pack n play itself. Nothing fits together on the two top items - bassinet or changing table.

The assembly of this Graco product was an ABSOLUTE frustrating NIGHTMARE!! Manual verbage was especially difficult to follow; pictures changed orientation, and written directions were very difficult to decipher!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTing

Great at first…

We bought the pack and play in November 2020 with anticipation of a baby in January. When we started using it (in January), at first everything wa a great. We used it downstairs as a second changing table and recently our baby started using the actual mat area due to her fast growing.
Where things got frustrating was when we had our first trip and we packed the pack and play. We checked into our hotel, snapped it open and realized the bottom level has four holes in it on each corner. I’m guessing from the wheels? How??? The frustrating thing is you gamble when you nest ahead for a baby not knowing the actual durability of a product. Like I said, great at first.
