Came assembled wrong and with no directions

Came assembled incorrectly, had to take it apart and move things so it would actually fit. Took all of my strength to connect the round frame bars to the plastic holders. Came with no instructions. Had to Google the instructions. Wouldn't have needed to had it came assembled correctly.

Bassinet liner issue

Good product but NEEDS the bassinet cushion stitched in.. we washed it and the internal bit got messed up and we had to cut the cover to fix.. disappointing

Great until you wash it per instructions

I bought this a month ago for my newborn and I love the dome, however, I washed it per instructions and completely ruined the mattress pad. I’m pretty upset as this is our primary daytime sleeping spot and now it’s no longer safe. My baby spits up a lot and I wanted to clean it, wish I hand washed instead.

Defective

I'm pretty upset with this purchase and wish I could return it. I believe it's defective because the rods that hold the mattress leave too much of a gap that it doesn't support the middle of the mattress enough and it ends up sagging. The mattress has a hard plastic base and it ends up curving and bending down permanently. I contacted support and they were nice enough to send me a replacement mattress however the same thing happened to the new mattress. My baby is barely 5 months old and already two of the mattresses have become unusable. This is a defective product and I do not recommend it. I have purchased other Graco pack and plays and never had this issue with the mattress. I believe that another support rod needs to be added to this pack and play to avoid these issues with the mattress.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not wash the newborn bassinet mattress pad!!

This product is great but it has one big flaw. DO NOT WASH THE NEWBORN BASSINET MATTERESS PAD!! While they say it can be washed on delicate, it will come out all warped and you won’t be able to get it straight, which means that it’s then not safe to use. We used it once then had to wash it due to a nighttime blowout. Beyond frustrating as I spent multiple hours trying to fix it.

mattress won’t lay flat. not safe

Do not buy, cannot wash pads

I have the same problem as many others. I've been using the item for 11 days and now the bassinet pad is unsafe and not usable because it bunches up after washing. If you buy this, make sure to cover it because washing ruins it. They also do not sell replacement parts.
