i bought this 5g phone for fast data rates. i should have listened to the reviews saying the data rates were terrible. my 4g phone is 3 to 4 times faster. i'm really glad i returned this phone.

I can make calls

i have no clue what some of the icons on the idle screen represent. the manual that i accidently found while scrolling doesn't tell me. i've checked various email accounts & posts to correlate with the sounds & no clue. when i put a call on speaker phone the other party cannot hear me! it's not a user friendly phone! my s6 died suddenly & the a51 was what the sprint carrier had in stock. i'm terribly bummed out about this product.

i uave always had the s series,this is my first a51 5g!!
i dont like how have to snap shot a picture .the features for this such, try to shut phone off ,turn volume up or down ,bad design very difficult to use feature. the volume on speaker phone sucks ,it vibrates, its distorted not happy with that at all. other wise i love the phone ,nice picture on it.love the camera and size of phone.

Bad battery

everything about this phone is wonderful, it does the job for everything. but the battery? got to be the worse battery on the market! cant stay charged more them 4 hours when using the phone. drains at night and is down to 40% in morning. samsung should replace ever battery for everyone. thanks goodness it charges up really fast. but what a pain.

Font is too small

Good price but frustrating at times.

overall i like the phone but the speech to text feature can be very frustrating because sometimes it duplicates everything you say and other times it doesn't type anything that you say.
also bixby drives me absolutely nuts. every time i put my phone in my pocket it says hello i'm bixby. i really hate that feature.

5G is really fast. And so is the phone.

it's where computers were 10 years ago, using cable, on speed. only bad news is my 4g a20 died. but it might have my fault as i bought a bad charging cable which started to smoke the connector on the a20.
I would recommend this to a friend!
