Critical metal failure after a few uses

I used my pressure washer approximately 24 times. I followed all care instructions careful. Today I hooked it up and as soon as I turned it on at critical metal connect point fail and water went shooting everywhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The soap tank will only release if you use the black soap nozzle. If you add any other nozzle or a high-pressure soap applicator the soap tank will not be activated.

Poor design

The product works fine, but the water hose connects to the opposite side from the nozzle hose. Makes it awkward to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have owned 5 pressure washers, by far thus is the best of them all. Greenworks products are legit, real, and I mean work better than any other product u have used. Keep up good work

Great product, better service

I bought this about 2 years ago and have used it to wash the car and power wash my huge deck. It has worked perfectly. However I just took it out to wash the car and the motor assembly broke. I called GreenWorks service and after sending a picture of the issue and diagnosing the part the service person told me that they would send me a brand new unit. I was honestly expecting to pay for a new part, so was happily surprised!
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective
I would recommend this to a friend!

One my second Pressure Washer. My first one was 1500 psi and I upgraded to a 2000 psi. Had my first washer for five years and it still works.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this last year and used to power-wash my home and deck. This year I had an issue with the motor not triggering on and the folks in service (shout out to Tatiana!) were beyond amazing and got me up and running in no time! They stand behind their products and I would highly recommend selecting Greenworks not only for a pressure washer, but other products as well.

Very frustrating to order something online and then when it’s delivered realize that the company just disregards reviewing their products before sending them out. The push pan on the handle is clearly missing and the fact that this was packaged and then sent out is extremely disappointing. Will be returning.
