We bought this charger with a hope that, in 90 mins, our 40 V 6.0 ah battery would get a full charge. It doesn't. Takes more like three hours. What we really need is another 40 V 6.0 ah battery for our Greenworks lawnmower. However, that product is not available on the website and my two emails to customer service have not been responded to. Hopefully someone from the company will read this review and respond.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. The approximate charge time for a 4 AH battery is 2 hours. Please ensure that the battery is fully inserted into the charger, an audible click should be heard when the two are engaged. The battery should not slide off the charger easily and would require holding the grey latch down to disconnect. There is an indicator button located on the battery to show the amount of charge the battery has.
Currently, the 40-volt 6Ah battery is unavailable online. For replacements parts or warranty needs for your product, please contact our customer service helpline at 1-888-909-6757 for further assistance.
