We are glad to hear you are enjoying the product! When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. If it ends up that you are having an issue with the Leaf Blower, please contact our Customer Support at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS), and we would be happy to assist you further in remedying an issues.

Impossible to get spool replacement

Bought 2 month go and it's came without replacement spool. Part number for spool technical support providing 2930102 not correct. Impossible to order and even put back order.

Works with the 4.0 AH BAF724 battery that came with my Greenworks string trimmer. Plenty of power to blow grass clippings and leaves. No more pulling around the 100' cord for my 30 y/o corded blower that finally broke. This Greenworks blower is also quieter than the old corded one.

Best decision I have made…

I was so tired of trying to get my old gas mower started that I decided to make a change. The mower and blower are more than enough power to cut my lawn and clean up the yard and barely reduced the charge in my battery.
