Worst Warranty Registration Process Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The devil himself could not create a worse warranty registration process. They prompt you to take a picture of of the QR code on the box, but of course that does not convey any information. You still need to type the product number and serial number. Next, you must upload a copy of your receipt. No problem, you bought it online so just upload a PDF copy of your email. Foolish you! they only accept picture files for the upload, not PDFs. What were you thinking??? So after wasting time on your phone, you end up moving to your desktop, transcribing all of the info again, and then doing a screen capture of your email. Sounds so 2024 technology - they must have an AI helping behind the scenes! No matter how well this leaf blower works, I'll always remember the horrible product registration process!

Love the power

Let me say this first, I have use other cordless leaf blowers, but they don't compare to the Greenworks blower. It well built and blows air much stronger than any other make that I have used. Also it has a button on top of the handle that increases the air power. The extra power button is what I use if I'm blowing heaver debris. The battery will last you long enough to complete the average yard. My yard is almost 1/4 of an acre and it recharges within 30 min or less according to the amount of battery used. I love this blower and I use it for every debris task around the home. Had mine for going on 2 years now. I are so have the weed eater\

I bought this about a month ago for 2 uses, mostly it will be used for leafs and such but for the time being I’ve been using to blow light snow off the driveway and sidewalks and it is works very well. On some spots I have to hit the turbo button but most of the time just the normal power is enough to blow the snow off very nicely. Battery is lasting for the job to be completed so I’m happy with that as well. About 45 minutes or so I’m running the equipment.

Only functions 30 minutes run time when using turb

I just use this today on 2 fully charged new batteries that came on my new unit. It only ran 30 minutes trying to gather up magnolia leaves on turbo . Don’t buy this unit because you really need turbo to get leaves up. See photo of how small an area I was trying to clear.
Pros: Quiet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To extend your run time, try using the blower setting on a lower speed when high speed is not a requirement, as blowers are considered a high-power draw application which means they do tend to drain the battery quite rapidly in comparison to some other tools. Alternatively additional batteries can be purchased to extend the run time. This unit is compatible with 24V Greenworks batteries. It is worth noting, the higher the ampere-hour (AH) rating is, the longer the run time will be.
