For many years and many different blowers......tried them all. Not one can compare to the Greenworks 80V blower. Light weight, powerful and a long lasting battery. It weighs so much less than my previously owned gas models. You dont get tired with this one. Power? unmatched in my opinion. Wet leaves, twigs, pavement or tall grass, nothing this blower wont handle. The battery lasts longer than advertised, and when it does run out, it only takes about 30 min. to charge. No gas, no maintenance, no worries with this one. I have purchased (so far) 4 tools from Greenworks (lawn mower, blower, chain saw and a hedge trimmer, each one is awesome. Next will be the power washer. Kudos Greenworks on a great product and great customer service as well

My Pro 80V Leaf Blower is certainly doing the job that I purchased it for,hands down.
I needed a blower that was light weight with lots of blowing power to keep debris off the roof of my travel trailer. It works great and is easy to store in the limited amount of storage space the trailer has. The 2.5 ah battery life on full charge is enough to do the job and also an additional chore that I found it handy for. Blowing off the excess water from my tow vehicle after I wash it. I really believe it will also do the job of my 150 ft long asphalt driveway on a single full charge. That test is up next. If it doesn’t quite make it,no worries as the battery charges up really fast.

Bought this since we are moving into a house and didn't want to deal with gas powered yard equipment. This thing is super powerful and easy to use, plus little to no maintenance which is awesome.
Greenworks also accidentally sent the wrong battery with the blower and promptly corrected the error. Great customer service!
My only gripe is the battery compartment. It is somewhat hard to lock the battery in place at first, since there isn't much to grab on to. Maybe the springs will wear in over time, but it would be nice to have the same lip on the bottom edge like on their weed trimmer so you have something to leverage the battery into place.
Overall super happy with the tool and the Greenworks experience thus far!

Awesome power

I grew tired of mixing gasoline and running extension cords, so I went all in on the 80 volt powered product. My first purchase was the leaf blower, whose power is equivalent to the gas blower I was replacing. I was so impressed by the amount of leaves this thing was able to move, and how fast I was able to clean up the entire yard, I decided to go totally battery powered. Being able to charge a second battery while using another one in a tool and the ability to share the same battery between tools helps make maintaining the yard more manageable.

I have owned two of these as I have a lot of land. I love them because we have massive leaves. The only thing wrong is I have a hard time depressing the battery compartment to release the battery.

This seems to be a good product until you stop. Have to remove battery and reinsert to start up again. I don’t know the reason for this. Battery seems to not last very long as well.

Thank you for your review. This 80V 580 CFM Cordless Brushless Axial Blower, 2404602 is equipped with a cruise control function. Please read and understand the function of the Cruise Control. Squeeze the trigger to start the unit. Once the unit is on, push back the lever clockwise to increase the speed. This will lock the speed at the desired setting. To decrease the speed, push the lever counter clockwise to decrease the speed to the desired setting. Please note, if you decrease the speed all the way, the unit will shut off and step one will need to be repeated. Hoping this was maybe a misstep and will be able to correct with these instructions.
