This is my 3rd GW product. Their customer service is second to none. There was a problem with the 14” original unit. Shout out to Keppler and Dakota for figuring out the issue and replacing the unit. I buy GW products because of the ease of all products…it is by far the best part.

A lightweight innocent looking chainsaw that can hold it's own against gas powered saws of it's size. Love this saw, easy to use and does a great job. I am 5 feet 95 pounds of sequins and mud all wrapped up in a female package. I do not have the arm strength to start a pull type saw so I tried the greenworks and boy am I ever glad I did. The neighbor laughed when he saw, but after using it planned to get his own. Battery last longer than I do.

I bought this saw a few weeks ago based on the good reviews. This saw definitley meets my expectations; light weight, plenty of power, and good battery usage. My first experience was cutting up a pine tree that fell during the winter. Easily limbed the tree and cut through 8" diameter trunk.

I was thinking about buying one of the larger Greenworks chainsaws. I’m glad I didn’t. Now that I have cut down about a dozen trees (some with a 10-inch diameter), I know that the 14-inch version has all the size & power I need. It’s a truly excellent, well-designed tool.

This chainsaw is fabulous. It’s light-weight and very quiet. The battery charge lasts a long time. I’ve cut cords of wood while clearing invasive trees from my yard. It cuts logs thicker than I thought it would. I love it!
