[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] String trimmer that spins up to its potential. Even though it uses a smaller diameter string, it cuts as well as my previous gas powered trimmers. A bit heavy with the battery but well balanced where you forget the weight. No gas or oil or fumes. Have used with some older attachments which connect as before but do tend to drag down the 2 Ah battery quicker than I would like but gives you a reason to rest and reset with another charged battery.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have owned a 40 volt trimmer for some time now and there were many times when I was trimming I would come across heavier brush that the 40 volt could not handle or would take a few passes to cut down ! have a number of your 40 and 80 volt tools of which I am pleased with . I tested a couple of them and tried sending you feedback on how they were working ! I was really happy when I saw your 80 volt trimmer that said ATTACHMENT CAPABLE , thats what peaked my interest the most ! I have gas powered equipment with most of the attachments and was I even happier when I ordered your larger weed eater ,the first thing I did was get my gas attachments and checked to see if they really were compatible with yours ! Was I a Happy camper . I,d take it to my other property and decided to get a second one so I would have one at each location ! You have outdone yourselves ! I'm a guy who likes to tinker on small engines as a hobby. And I drive a diesel. So I would be the last guy to go electric. But a buddy let me try his 80v string trimmer and wow -- now I'll never go back!
I'm thrilled with the ease of use. Zero prep time, just start cutting. It cuts the total job time in half. And the battery life is amazing. I can do 3 full trims and still don't need to charge it. Highly recommend.
