Great sound, but doesn't work with windows 10.

Just got for christmas, and connects via bluetooth, but it won't work with windows 10. It shows the sound playback device as disconnected, even though it's connected via bluetooth link. Searching for hours on forums shows it's a driver issue. Would gladly rate 5 stars if there was some testing and support from the manufacturer.

The Bluetooth driver (software) of your PC/Laptop should support the following Bluetooth protocols: A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) driver for your Computer/PC/Headphones to transfer music. AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) driver to send skip/forward/pause/play music to your device. Always get the latest driver version available for your Laptop. To download the correct driver (software), visit the manufacturer's website of your Laptop. They usually have a "Support/Download" section where you can find the correct driver. Otherwise, contact their support.

within one week, the rubber grips on the side pulled off & leaves a clear strip. no mic for phone calls- get the clip instead.

Bought this for my 15 month old grand daughter. It fits her little hands perfectly. She loves listening to music and she takes it everywhere! The sound is definitely high-quality.

Ok so this is what happen and why it is so good first of I think it a year old now anyways I’ve never had problem with it other than its took good and maybe a little average until I put I on the ledge to hang out in the pool and play music until it feel and I thought it was unusable until I kept hearing the music and it looked the exact same idk how you guys do it but awesome product
