[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ThinkPad T14 (14”), AMD laptop is the most durable and snappy laptop yet. The Ryzen 5 PRO 4650U with Radeon Graphics is incredible for productivity and light gaming like running Minecraft at 165 Hz at 1080p. Please note the Adrenaline Software from AMD for drivers is not installed default and it is suggested to use it for gaming and more customization. Overall, this product have unmatched security and is Windows 11 Ready for Microsoft with the latest CPU hardware generation, Secure Boot, and TPM 2.0. It runs PCIe Gen. 3 x 4 for full SSD speed unlike older models where it can only do PCIe Gen. 3 x 2. because of bandwidth limitations. What I love about it is you can pop your own M.2 NVMe SSD in for more storage and 3200 MHz DDR4 SO-DIMM RAM.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though the new T14 Gen 1 is just the next evolutionary step of the tried-and-trued T490, when ordered with the AMD® Ryzen™ 5 Pro 4650U Processor and a FHD 1920x1080 IPS anti-glare screen it becomes the 14" powerhouse of today!
Solid, lightweight, and with great battery life, the T14 AMD is extremely useful for all home and business needs. We ordered ours with the standard 8GB of soldered memory, and by adding an additional 8GB stick of Samsung M471A1G44AB0-CWE DDR4 3200MHz PC4-25600 SODIMM memory we nearly DOUBLED the system performance! Both processing and video!
We've found that Lenovo's build quality and durability exceeds the standards of Dell, HP and Acer, while still being both traditional and innovative. We expect this T14 to be around for many years of service.
Anyone want to ask us about Lenovo/Motorola phones? ;-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine. Boots extremely fast. Never knew how much I'd like fingerprint sign-in on a laptop. I use the machine hours and daily, mainly for work. My previous Lenovo business laptop still going strong without a hiccup. I needed a extra laptop for home office. I tend to overspec for my uses - I have found the business grade Lenovo laptops to be incredibly durable (for office use) and last a much longer time than my colleagues' computers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop is light and performing well. Definitely a professional step up for me. I'm only giving it four stars though because it didn't come with the Microsoft Office suite installed (Microsoft is pushing subscriptions...) I had to purchase and install that separately and that was *not* clear to me from the description.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The T-14 feels like a business computer. Perfect keyboard, with a trackpoint which is one of the major features of any ThinkPad. Being able to turn off the TouchPad which for does not have any use. Excellent screen and very responsive. One of the best fingerprint that I have used.

The installation of linux (OpenSuSE) was very easy and all is working OK with the new kernels.
The one i got has the Privacy Guard which I have not tested yet. I do not travel as much any more so I could have choose the the other display, but this is great anyhow.
