This is my first new computer since 2004. I am replacing a Lenovo T-420. I have only had the computer for one week and thus far i am very pleased with it. It is have the thickness of my ol my old computer and half of the weight. I ordered the Microsoft Office package for Student and came loaded on the computer. I also ordered the Premier support package and this is the biggest and best surprise so far. Their help has been invaluable and they are very easy to reach. No long voice response menus to work through The computer is fast and the images on sharper and claner. So far i am very pleased. I am a low-tech user; Word, Excel and email primarily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I buy these laptops for the nice keyboard, and they certainly have adequate features and functions. However, the website is atrociously lacking in helping with selection of features, and in which computers they are available. I am also upset that the high end ThinkPad I bought a few years ago has no support for the "video memory" problem.
I wish IBM would buy this line back.
