[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is incredibly fast, easy to navigate, and a perfect computer to use for business. Definitely recommend purchasing this.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid laptop overall all. I use the T14 for work. Great performance, battery life and the perfect amount of existing attachments for use. I connect with a docking station to enable 2 monitors, so rarely use the screen when working from home. The 14" size is good enough when onsite with clients and it is light enough for when out and about.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Battery error. I had to return to the shop since i saw a big slid near the track pad. I am waiting for receiving my fund back. On the other hand, i purchased an thinkpad x1 gen9 to replace the t14. Hope it works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No reason to switch CTRL button with FN button. Huge inconvenience and anti-ergonomical.
Laptop gets easily overheated to the point that it is too hot to hold. Might run into problems later because of that. Not the things I was expecting from such a praised laptop series.

Lenovo appreciates all feedback and thank you for taking the time to rate and review our product! We apologize for your inconvenience. In looking at swapping your CTRL and FN keys, please utilize this link https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht074187/.
Also, for overheating, we recommend making sure that your device is kept clean as well as ensuring that it is kept in the right place so that airflow is not restricted.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great size for the performance. I have been buying thinkpad for 6 years for the whole company and the T and P series have always worked out great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good:
- keyboard
- trackpad
- 400 nit 1080p display
- upgradable RAM
- seems to run Kubuntu 20.04 without problems
- affordable damage protection plan
The bad:
- difficult to get to RAM upgrade slot
- some RAM is soldered to the mainboard
- WiFi is soldered to the mainboard
If either of these fail you will need a new mainboard. If your OS doesn't support the WiFi card you will not be able to replace it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
