This laptop is small, lightweight, powerfull and beautyfull. It also include USB-C power port. The only downside I found yet it is that the battery life is not as long as I was expecting.
A laptop with Touchscreen, no idea what should be rated. Guess it is a good thing that it works, could use more USB-C ports

Too many hardware defects

When your hardware (system audio) goes defective in the first 5 months of use and you get a replacement board that also turns out to be defective (this time bad memory), then you know this is just not a high quality or reliable brand any more :/ Waiting for the 2nd replacement system board now and then for their guy to come replace it. I will then probably sell this laptop used because I'm not confident it will last.

Amazing laptop. Perfect for working from home. The resolution on the screen is absolutely astonishing! I also love the tablet feature. Not used to the stylus yet but it's just going to be a learning curve.
In comparison to my old Lenovo Flex 3-1470: useful function keys like turn off screen, turn off touchpad, and refresh are missing--replaced by useless function keys like answer call and hang up call. The model i bought doesn't support SIM cards and telephone calling so why are the buttons still there?
Touchscreen randomly becomes unresponsive at times
Power button is recessed and so more difficult to find by touch alone.
Pinching gesture on touchpad doesn't zoom out in your Internet Browser.
When I choose close the lid to shut down or hibernate, sometimes the laptop goes to sleep instead
When I choose push power button to put my laptop to sleep and normal press does nothing. I have to do 2-3 slightly longer presses before the laptop responds.
The camera quality (e.g., during videoconferencing) was actually worse. Worse than that of my 5 and a half-year-old laptop.
I do like the fingerprint reader and privacy shutter
Not worth the price.
Ctrl key is to the right of the Fn key instead of to the left and being the far left key on the keyboard. Unusual and annoying.

Very nice build but software was a bit buggy. I'm upgrading from a Sony VAIO laptop. This laptop has a solid metal construction, is relatively lightweight but with enough weight to feel more premium. The screen and body are solid with minimal flex. It feels like this laptop will be very durable in the long run. The build quality reminds of the old Apply Powerbooks. The trackpad can be physically clicked or tapped or you can also use the buttons above the trackpad. The redundancy in the buttons is a nice feature and made switching to this laptop's layout easier.
Whereas the build quality reminds me of an Apple Powerbook, the software is far from the rock solid reliability of the Powerbook and OSX. This laptop struggled with the buggy software. I think that Lenovo needed to do a better job of ensuring the software was reliable before shipping out the system. On the inital setup, I was unable to install the most recent Windows 10 update. It indicated a possible corrupted Windows 10 install. Also after updating all the drivers through Lenovo Vantage, there was a glitch with the sound and both the sound card and speakers were no longer functioning. Lenovo sent me a recovery USB key to format the harddrive and reinstall all the software. The process took about an hour but fortunately all the issues resolved after the recovery. Still on one occasion the microphone mute button became unresponsive during a Google Meeting video conference and I had to reset the computer to re-enable the microphone. These software glitches are very annoying and detract from an otherwise quality built machine.
