[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a great start for the product with initial WiFi speeds coming in at about 3Mbps (other laptops in the house avg 60-70), tech support on the phone was unable to resolve the issue and the next step was to switch the motherboard (built-in WiFi). No change still. Through blind luck I had a situation where the speeds would go up to normal, but this would only last until it went to sleep. Found an advanced setting for preferred band needed to be changed. Now it seems to be working great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The build quality is exceptional. Just holding it feels premium. The metallic chassis exudes a toughness not felt in lesser laptops. The folding capability with stylus are really cool, it just feels a bit odd in my hands as I press the keyboard buttons while holding it. I look forward to using these features confidently, as of right now I have to actively remind myself that this features are available.
The screen is a bit too glossy for it to be a slam dunk laptop for me unfortunately, giving it a 4 out of 5.
