I have high hopes for this machine. So far we have not used it a lot, but it is fast, slick, and super easy to use. It is a fabulous upgrade over the box-store base model machine we had been using!

It boots into Windows quickly, and with auto updates turned on it stays up-to-date. Wireless works very well even in areas where the wifi signal isn't strong. Would recommend this laptop for business or personal use.

They still build them with the same quality and reliability as they were 20 years ago. And if you need help their tech support sets the bar for knowledge and assistance with your product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid laptop. Good keyboard -- it is surprisingly hard to find a laptop with home/end/pgup/pgdn/ins/del keys. Configure-to-order is nice. Everything works as expected.
I don't like the squat 16:9 screen, but it seems like that is par for the course today. The keyboard backlight turns off every time the laptop goes to sleep. It was harder than I expected to remove the bottom panel to install more memory; I have an HP Zbook where the bottom is tool-less, but this guy has a million little plastic tabs that you need to pry apart to get inside.

Does not work with dock station like last one

Usb3 on power does not work in docking station like my last on, usb3 port does but then it is not charging and battery dies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ThinkPad T15 acheives what we were looking for in a laptop. Its weight is light enough to make it easy to transport. The keyboard and spacing of the keys are comfortable for medium small hands. It's definately a good upgrade from our older model which was 10 or so years old.
