[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far almost everything is perfect--it is fast and lightweight, and runs smoothly with one exception. I have a Thunderbolt 3 dock connected to an external webcam and there is regular flickering when I use the camera with Zoom. I did a fair amount of googling and it seems to be an issue particular to Lenovos and Thunderbolt docks--and it's an issue that's been around a while. There is a thread on the Lenovo help community regarding the issue and while some options to correct the problems are mentioned, they are far from straightforward. My hope was that I simply needed to update firmware but it's nowhere near that simple and requires digging into BIOS settings.
My other (minor!) issue has been finding a sleeve that fits it! I wouldn't let that deter me from buying it again as it is the size I want but for anyone who cares greatly about custom-sized sleeves, you might need to look elsewhere.
