You can’t even compare a Breville to any other blender. I’m on a special diet and shakes are part of it. It blends the ingredients perfectly and even chops the ice so perfectly. I should have known-I purchased a Breville oven some years ago and am so happy with that. I will always look to Breville first.

I bought this very excited, as I love the Breville brand and have the coffee machine and also the toaster oven (both I love). This blender however is not powerful enough, it struggles to even blend up frozen bananas, had to cut them up into very small pieces in order for it to blend a smoothie. I returned this blender, disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
