Makes great espresso!

I love my Bambino Plus BES500 and have had it since 2019. I look forward to enjoying a great cup of espresso each morning. However, the last week it has been stuck in the cleaning cycle! No matter how many time I descale or do the cleaning cycle it will not go back to the ready mode. So no espresso.
I'm on my second Bambino Plus machine...got the first one right before Covid hit so it certainly saved me money long term! But it is hard to drink any other 'regular' coffee now! Their customer service is awesome, and now it comes with super easy to follow step by step instructions you can get on your smart phone! You won't regret it!
I got this espresso machine for Christmas. It is mandatory to read the instruction. At one time my milk did not foam. It was hard to find the piece necessary to unscrew the tip of the steamer, it was under the water tank. However, I found out that when my milk was less fresh the milk would not foam. My Breville was so smart, it would not let me used milk that was not absolutely fresh. Bravo.

Bambino Plus or Minus?

I purchased my Bambino Plus and tried everything for two years make a decent espresso for a cappuccino or latte. The milk frother is simply great by doing everything for you. I felt I was never able to make a good espresso no matter what I tried. Getting the machine in cleaning mode for tablets was simply frustrating. I feel my machine had some kind of defect and no longer have my Bambino Plus.

This is my second Bambino Plus. It took no nudge from Breville as this has been my go-to espresso maker for over 6 years. The features are top quality and make espresso and cappuccino brewing easy for even the beginner.
