I love how compact this machine is for my limited counter space and how easy it is to operate. I appreciate you can adjust the temperature and foam for the steam feature. This is a small but mighty machine. Very easy to clean. I have stainless counters so I do have to hold onto the machine to get the coffee press in place, but otherwise love this tiny beauty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received one of your competitors espresso machines for Christmas. After 3 months, the machine started leaking like a sieve.
They refunded my money and then put it back on the purchase of the Breville Bambino Plus.
I love the simple operation and the excellent flavor it produces in every cup of espresso!

Great coffee and foam, but leaky driptray and stuck settings

Had the machine for a bit over a year now. It makes consistent coffee and exceptionally fine foam (note to beginners: you'll need to figure out the right grind for your beans and find the milk that foams right - not all milks are the same). I absolutely love the fast start too!
However, was disappointed to discover that, the first time the machine asked for a cleaning cycle (the alternating 1 cup/2 cup lights), it never reverted to "normal" no matter how many cleaning cycles I ran. So I've been using it as-is for a few months now, and I'm just guessing when cleaning is needed. Also, the drip tray's design is really bad: either the machine vibrations are causing the tray to move out of place by enough millimeters or there's another issue, but I'm constantly getting a puddle of water under the machine. I know it's the drip tray because, during the cleaning cycle, I'm getting the cleaning agent foam under the tray too, so I know it's not the tank leaking. These two issues are a total miss on Breville's design part and make for a crappy experience with what could otherwise be an exceptional product.
It's the great coffee and the small footprint that made me not return the machine, but I can't recommend it to anyone really... unless they're ready to store it inside a tray and guess when they need to clean it :/

I love how compact it is taking limited counter space. The milk steaming function is quite nice those of us new to the espresso game. Espresso shots always come out looking great but taste can be bitter if conditions preparing the puck aren’t perfect.

Not satisfied. This is the worst espresso machine I've ever used -- and I was a barista in college. Looking to return/refund entirely and do not recommend this model. Except for the steamer which is AMAZING.

This is a great little machine to make cappuccino and espresso at home. Doesn’t take up to much counter space, is fairly easy to use and care for. Love automated milk foaming and programmability. Buy my coffee direct from a local roaster and grind my coffee as needed. I had to order a single wall stainless filter as the double wall that comes with the machine is better suited for preground coffee. Seems to make a difference.
