The first Bambino Plus I ordered had an issue with the temperature of the coffee being luke warm. I verified this with my own thermometer while on a video phone call with customer service.They agreed with me and replaced the unit within a short period of time. The new one has been excellent which i am very satisfied with. I am really impressed the way customer service resolved this issue.

Very good, fast little machine. I was attempting to downsize from a more prosumer model so my opinions are a little biased. Compact machine (although deeper than it looks) - great design. It is incredibly lightweight though and I have to hold the body of the machine in place whenever inserting/removing the portafilter. The tiny drip tray fills quickly and the water reservoir is smallish. It is very quiet and like any home machine that I've used, the shot disbursements are not exact nor equivalent when using the double - too many variables with humidity, bean type, compaction. It does produce beautiful shots - without much of any waiting for the machine to heat up. I don't steam milk so, nothing to say there. I do find myself wanting to go back to my old heavy duty machine as it feels more...substantial. Excellent product for basic home consumption.

I bought this my first espresso machine, never before I used one but this was so easy to get around. My favorite part is the small space it take on my counter and the look of it is elegant and doesn’t look like just another small appliance this is definitely my favorite thing now. We use this everyday for americanos and cappuccino. This past weekend we made carajillo drinks and our guest love them.

So happy with this machine. Being my first expresso style machine it really gets the job done for me. Really easy to use once you get the hang of it. Still learning as a beginner but it's great! Tons of vids on YouTube as well for little tips
