[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I love me some expresso and I mean to tell ya I saving money by have this , tastes just like the coffee shops around town my daughter made me some , since she has more experience working at the local coffee shop , and it’s very easy to use , it was greatly packaged and it’s very pretty in you kitchen easy clean up I love it and highly recommended it for all the expresso drinkers ! Excellent quality at and excellent price

This is a really superb machine. I enjoy espresso and it’s wonderful to have it at home whenever I want. This model has perhaps the smallest counter top footprint so it’s not too bulky though you will need your own grinder. The equipment is simple enough to use for anyone but you’ll have the option to manually control your grind size with your own grinder and manually steam milk for more advanced users. Just a very thoughtfully designed product that has become essential in my daily routine.

The downsides are the drip tray is made of plastic. No on/off button, need to press any button to turn on, and to turn off press single cup and steam button at the same time.
The upside is other than the drip tray the rest of the unit is high quality and does make great espresso.

Being new to Espresso making, I had a lot to learn and compare models that would work best at home. For me all I needed was a machine that would make a perfect espresso for me to enjoy at home. Something easy to maintain and to use. This machine is great and it works even better when you grind your own coffee at home. I just hope they both last me for sometime. I did purchase accessories from CREMA Coffee Products to perfect my espresso making. I use Starbucks Espresso that I grind per use. Make sure you find the setting best for your coffee grinds that you use for a nice even pour each time. You will have to make a few espressos to see what you like best, then you’ll be able to make them in 40 seconds or less.

Was good for a while but not worth the money

It worked great for a year. The buttons went crazy I tried to clean it. Now my single makes double/triple and my double makes single. Coffee still good but you never know how much espresso you are getting. Since I am inconsistent in life my coffee machine is the same. The handle is so hard to turn and the machine is so light it is a major struggle too lock it in and i mean major trouble . I suggest not to purchase this machine. The coffee is great but seems from reviews for this price it does not last. My daughter spent her money on this machine for Christmas and I feel terrible to just throw it away but is getting more and more aggregating. Anyone have any suggestions I will listen.
