New Bambino Plus Leaking Water!

Just received the Bambino Plus machine, unboxed and set it up. As soon as I added water to the tank it leaks out below the machine!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best espresso machine out there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most stylish espresso machine out there. Automatic features allows you to do true itialian espresso super quickly! It also allows you to do milk frother seamlessly! Definitely will buy again if I had the time. The whole boxing experience was amazing. Can’t wait to have my morning espresso on a daily basis after getting this machine. Does a espresso better than the fancy coffee shops!

Froths milk excellently, pulls decent shot(s) of espresso in manual mode, but the overall coffee experience is not as great as imagined without throwing in more $$ for a Breville coffee beans grinder and an unpressurized basket. The default extraction from just pressing on the buttons was a sad excuse of an espresso, so I had to resort to manual operation to extract decent shot(s). Would not recommend this machine, without a expensive burr grinder.

Portafilter Not User Friendly

Be warned..........Just bought this machine after looking at other brands and was really excited about the 2 years warranty, quality, no pods to buy, plus positive reviews. After setting up and trying my first cup, found the portafilter extremely difficult to attach, you literally have to make sure the machine is on a non skid surface and almost hug it against you to get the portafilter on. My wife could not even budge it. Can not review based on the quality of coffee it makes, since I never got to make one. Will be returning this product based solely on this reason. Extremely disappointed !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I received the Breville Bambino Plus and have to say I'm happy with my machine. It was a little difficult to get to working but after playing with the machine for a couple a minutes I figured it out . I made my 1st expresso and it did exactly what i expected to do. My milk came out a foamy and my coffee was really hot when i added it my coffee Mmmmm good. It didn’t take anytime to make.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fast, Powerful, but beware if you like to texture your own milk

Speed, Power... absolutely amazing! Texturing milk... tradeoffs.
Great espresso shots and steaming capabilities with almost no startup time - abolutely amazing.
However, this machine is it's too powerful to texture small quantities of milk into silky microfoam ... instead you get cappuccino foam which i don't like as much. If they made a tip that was 2 holes, that would probably solve the problem, but they don't.
This is likely a non-issue for the casual barista and those that want to auto-foam milk, but for the more discriminating home barista who loves that silky microfoam, this may not be the machine for you.
I would recommend this to a friend!
