I’m in LOVE with my new Breville Bambino Plus. Thank goodness I took the leap. I am big on espresso every morning with frothy milk and my handheld frothed didn’t cut it. I’m so thrilled and I wake up still each morning with excitement to enjoy my cappuccino. Makes me warm and cozy.

add a non-pressurized basket

One of the nice things about this machine is the ability to add a non-pressurized basket.We use that and a bottomless portafilter and it now makes excellent shots. Punches well above its weight with these two simple additions.

Good when new, stopped working properly after 6 months

Machine did a great job out of the box and has idiot proof milk steaming, just silky smooth with zero thought. HOWEVER, after only 6 months it stopped pulling shots altogether. Push button, makes the sound as if it's going to do something, but never does. Same beans, grind, etc. we've been using the entire time. Huge disappointment giving the price of entry on this.

All you have to do is dial in your grind level and grind amount on your grinder. After that, the machine does the rest. I purchased an upgraded bottomless portafilter and Italian IMS screens for the machine and portafilter.
I now make barrista level cappuccinos every morning.
Great bang for your buck without going broke trying to make a quality coffee.

Great for the price

Just purchased the Breville Bambino Plus yesterday. I love the compact size as it fits along side with my other small appliances. I absolutley LOVE the FAST heat up time. I'm always in a rush out the door in the mornings, so not having to wait is a huge plus. Dialing in the shots was a little tedious at first, but once you have it set, it's easy going from there.
The only fault I found right away was the portafilter not coming off very easiley. It was super super stiff to get it to lock and unlock.

Small footprint with amazing milk frothing!

Got this one because of the small footprint and the automatic frothing.. I was never able to perfect the frothing method with a traditional steam wand, but with this, I can have it done automatically or learn it (at some point) I was also given a grinder secondhand so I did not need to get the larger Breville Barista with the grinder..
I even bought some pre ground coffee and it worked out amazing with the dual wall baskets.
