Easy Cappuccinos

We were looking for a compact espresso machine that was easy to use. This one fit the bill. Easy instructions. Easy to make espresso consistently. Easy to use milk foamer. Easy to clean and maintain. Beautiful unit. Overall, very satisfied.

Great if you're willing to spend extra money

I got two of these machines and both of them leaked from the portafilter it came with. Replacing it with an aftermarket one fixed the issue. I would expect that this machine works out of the box without the need to spend extra money on essential parts. This doesn't seem to be an isolated issue, since it happened to both of my machines plus if you research online, you'll be able to find similar reports.
Otherwise now with about an additional $100 added it produces excellent coffee.

This machine is so pretty. It looks beautiful on your counter and the small footprint is perfect for those who don't have a lot of counter space. If you are new to espresso like me (I'd never pulled a shot in my life), please read.
I asked for this for Christmas and thought I'd buy some pre ground espresso roast, throw it in the double wall basket and get on with my day. Instead I ended up going down the rabbit hole on youtube. Single wall basket, double wall basket, dose, grind, time, yield. My head was spinning. You know the book if you give a mouse a cookie? Well, soon I was buying a burr grinder (I have and love the breville smart grinder pro) and freshly roasted beans from a local coffee shop. Then I was buying all the accessories. The accessories I use every time I pull a shot are a scale (buy one that will fit on your drip tray and measures grams and seconds).A WDT tool (this is to declump your freshly ground coffee beans). A dosing funnel (this keeps the grounds in the portafilter while you dose and use the WDT). A calibrated tamper (this will ensure an even consistent tamp). A screen to sit on top of your puck (this keeps the water screen clean). Then I bought some double wall espresso shot glasses and coffee mugs.
After 4 weeks of pulling espresso shots I can finally tell the difference between bitter and sour. I can dial in my beans quickly. It took a minute to understand that it's not just grind size, but also dose, that affects how our shots pull. I have to mention that the automatic milk steamer is amazing! It 3 adjustable milk temperatures and 3 levels of texture.
All in all, this is an amazing little machine that makes wonderful tasting espresso.

The bambino plus is a great espresso machine easy to use makes very good espresso the auto milk frother if is perfect and makes wonderful steamed milk I love it very good espresso and milk steaming heats up so fast and built very good my olny down side is that I never got my free barista kit as they advertised and told me it should get I didn’t get my free promo beans which where nice and paired well with the machine I do hope they honer there word and send me the free barista kit as promised

Worked great until it didn't

First few weeks were terrific, then the steam wand stopped functioning properly.
Followed all of the troubleshooting directions, to no avail.
Documentation also lacks precision, making it harder to actually follow correct steps.
Conceptually a great machine. Other reviewers had similar experiences so I do wonder about quality control.
Would be a five star rating if it actually worked consistently.
Ultimately returned unit and exchanged for a new one. Hopefully a better experience this time around.

There’s a slot in the water feature that collects algae and is fully covered so you can’t clean it. Bad design.

Algae is a natural occurrence between light and water. Simply wash the water tank regularly. Using a bottle cleaner or straw cleaner can help get to the hard to reach places. Descaling regularly will also help this.
