Stopped working properly after a few months

At first this machine was amazing, and I was impressed with the quality -- and precision -- of the shots I was pulling. As expected, each shot fell within the 8 - 12 second pull, and variations in this could be tasted directly in the shot as either being too sour or bitter. All I had to do to get back into the acceptable range was adjust the grind size and voila; back to pull excellent shots.
However, after only a few shorts months the machine degraded and now **always** pulls shots at 13-14 seconds no matter the grind size. The taste is now consistently poor. I have run multiple cleaning cycles and even the de-scaling cycle (which should not be necessary after a few months) but still, the machine is not performing correctly. Furthermore there is nothing obvious I can do to fix it. I've tried lessening the grind size and pre-infusing with a quick 1-shot pull before, but nothing helps.
In short I would not recommend this product as it appears to be built poorly and degrades a few short months after you purchase.

Very disappointed, the espresso shot is only 10-15 mls

Extremely small shot of espresso. Programmed it for 30 mls. Coffee then very weak. For an americano you have to make 5-6 shots

Worst piece of technology I’ve ever owned

In the 2 years I’ve had this machine I’ve had to send it in for repair 3 times, most recently they sent me a new unit because they couldn’t even get it to work and now the new one is experiencing the same issues. Meanwhile AI models are telling me that the espresso machines that cost 1:4 of the price of this are more reliable and experience less issues. No one should buy this, it should be discontinued
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this as a gift for a friend who loved my Espresso Youch but didn’t want a machine that big in a smaller kitchen. Grinding her own wasn’t an issue and she loved the size and the quality of the product. Highly recommended.

Works beautifully

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a small apartment and I’m always at the local coffee shop so this is perfect for me. It’s small size takes up very little space and it does evening could ask. I will save so much money with this machine. The temperature of the the espresso is perfect and I love being able to goth my own milk. It. It took me a little bit to figure out the machine but YouTube videos helped me with that. It’s a lot of fun to use and I couldn’t ask for a better machine or better tasting coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was extremely easy to use. My husband helped me set it up, we pulled everything from the box and it was very easy to set up. I washed everything While he ran water through the tank, then we made our first cup! It heated up and made the cuip of espresso so fast! The milk frother was extremely easy to use as well. We have not mastered pretty designs, but are very happy with our scribble right now. I can't wait to pick up more flavors so I can try more varieties. Who knows, with a little practice, I may even have a pretty heart in my cup soon! If your looking for the perfect espresso machine, this would be the one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bambino Plus Expresso Machine is nothing less than amazing. I can finally prepare my favorite coffee drinks at home. It's compact and doesn't require a lot of space. It's made of stainless steel that's absolutely beautiful. It's capable of making barista style cappuccinos, lattes and many more coffee house drinks. It features a heat system that's automatically purged after each use. The Bambino Plus also has a automatic stem wand with adjustable milk temperature and texture. It comes with a frothing jug, 64 oz water reservoir, 15 bars of pressure and storage to wrap the cord away. Easy to clean and only weighs 11 pounds.

It only takes a few seconds to warm up. It makes delicious coffees, espresso and cappuccino. I have it at the office and everyone loves it and always comments on how cute and little it is. It has saved us lots of money as well. It's the perfect machine.
