I saw this set a Macys and i couldn't get the pattern out of my mind!! I went back to grab it and they were sold out at my store... I was so happy to see that the company website also gives me the option of buying direct at the same ( or Better) prices! It arrived a few days ago and immediately went into use. I really love that I only had to order 1 set because its service for 12 and the quality is just like the other companies service for 4 or 6. The 18/10 stainless steel is something Ive learned you cannot go without. It prevents that rust from appearing between the fork tongs and on the serrated part of the knives. You will absolutely love the shape of the soup and teaspoons, not so flat that everything runs off. Well worthwhile! they have other patterns but Astley was the one for me!

Holiday gift to myself

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful set, nice weight. I updated my current 8 piece flatware since we have a larger extended family now. Registering on the website was not easy, only option when I typed in product number from box came up as "matte". It is a polished set. Would like option to add iced tea spoons (long handle) and a serving ladle, which my set of 8 had...I will miss those.

Quality is very good - no blemishes or marks on any of the pieces.
I check for strengths and doesn't seem to want to bend as some cheaper stuff will.
Nice clean design.
Only negative is it's not as heavy as our existing flatware...
I would recommend this to a friend!
