Good, basic set of flatware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an Oneida set and immediately replaced it with the Henkels silverware. The overall weight is not light and not heavy, though I think the balance is slightly off, favoring the utensil end, but it’s not that noticeable. Also, you can’t beat the price for name-brand 18/10 stainless.

Beautiful but not very substantial

I own a set of Henckels Plumeria from at least 10 years ago. Some forks and spoons are missing so after not being able to find replacements I purchased the Ashley 65 piece set. When the sets arrived I took out a fork and compared it with my fork and it was noticeably lighter and noticeably thinner in the handles, too thin for my taste. I ended up returning it and purchasing Angelico which is noticeably heavier and noticeably thicker. After owning a set of their 18/10 flatware I knew I would rebuy from this company.
